  • Dr. William Watkins

    Dr. Bill Watkins grew up in New Iberia, Louisiana, a small town along the Gulf of Mexico coast.  He received his Bachelors degree at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette and Doctorate at Louisiana State University in 1995.

    He came to work at Sammamish Highlands Veterinary Clinic in June of 1998 and since has become part owner and manager. His special interests are in dermatology and surgery.

    He is proud owner of one cat, five dogs and two guinea pigs.

    Dr. Watkins enjoys his free time with his wife and two girls.  His hobbies are hiking, skiing, Cajun cooking and golf.

  • Dr. Robert Nadell


    Dr. Nadell grew up in Eugene, Oregon and has been practicing veterinary medicine for 30 plus years. He was the original founder of Sammamish Highlands Veterinary Hospital back in 1986.

    He is married and has one son. He enjoys rooting for the Seahawks and can be found riding his motorcycle on the nice sunny days that we have here in Seattle on his days off.

  • Dr. Nicole Graffis

      Dr. Graffis became interested with veterinary medicine when she had to nurse her cat back to health after a raccoon fight. She starting working as a kennel assistant and worker her way up to technician before starting school at St. Matthew's University.  

    While in school, Dr. Graffis fell in love with behavioral medicine. She was president of the behavior club while in school and now tries to use her knowledge in practice by trying to make every pet's visit as low stress as possible.

  • Dr. Charu Kapnadak

    Dr. Kapnadak is Pacific Northwest native. She received her bachelors degree at Western Washington University. She then moved to California, where she received her Doctorate at Western University of Health Sciences. 

    Her heart was set on settling back in Washington to be around family and friends, and Sammamish Highlands Veterinary Clinic was the perfect place for that. She joined the clinic in June 2016.

    Her special interests include dentistry, ophthalmology, and geriatric care.

    She loves being outdoor, hiking with her dog Sadie, cooking and traveling.

  • Dr. Nicole Jorgenson


    Dr. Jorgenson in a New Jersey native who received her bachelor’s degree from Rutgers University and her veterinary degree from the University of Missouri. In veterinary school, Dr. Jorgenson was a participant in the Veterinary Research Scholars Program, president of Pet Assisted Love and Support (a pet-therapy club that visited hospitals and nursing homes), gold-member and executive board member for the Veterinary Business Management Association, and graduated magna cum laude.

    Upon graduation, she started practicing emergency medicine at a large specialty hospital in St. Louis. She recently relocated to the Seattle area and is enjoying all of the outdoor activities the Pacific Northwest provides.

    Dr. Jorgenson’s special interests include emergency medicine, wound management, soft tissue surgery, and educating/involving clients in decisions regarding their pets’ healthcare.

    Her favorite activity is spending time outdoors with her husband and German Shepherd, Farina, whether it be hiking, boating, or just exploring new places. She also loves baking, traveling, and her two cats Vinnie and Dunkin!

    Kellie Jones

    Office Manager
    Kellie came to the clinic with a strong background in office management and stepped into the role as office manager in 2008.

    Kellie lives with her husband outside Monroe. They are the proud owners of a yellow lab named Milo.

    Kellie's hobbies include interior & floral design, gardening, cooking and baking.

  • Jennie Johnson

    Lead Veterinary Assistant / Receptionist
    Jennie lives in Lynnwood with her husband, two daughters, 3 dogs and 2 cats.  With her love for animals she received a bachelor's degree in Wildlife Science from the University of Washington in 2000.

    She began here career at Sammamish Highlands Veterinary Clinic/Hospital in 2001 as a veterinary assistant and receptionist.

    In her free time, Jennie likes to take walks with her family and scrapbook.

  • Nicole Connor

    Veterinary Assistant / Receptionist / Marketing Manager
    Nicole lives in Woodinville with her husband and daughter, 2 cats, and dog.  With her love of animals she started her career path first working for a retail pet store as an animal caretaker.

    She started working at Sammamish Highlands Veterinary Clinic in 2004 as a veterinary assistant and receptionist.  Nicole's experience and interest lead her to assist with many surgeries with the visiting specialists that come to the clinic.  

    In her free time, she enjoys singing, camping, being home with her family and loves to read any and all fiction books she can get her hands on.

  • Sabrina Albertson

    Sabrina Aspinall

    Veterinary Assistant
    Sabrina has been a Vet Assistant at Sammamish Highlands since 2008, with previous experience at another clinic.

    Sabrina helps in the Cavalier King Charles Rescue, and has added another dog, Captain Pugwash to her family through this group.  

    Her hobbies include photography, hiking, biking, hitting the gym, kayaking, and hanging out with her husband and their fur family.

  • Chelsea Viles

    Veterinary Assistant/ Receptionist
    Chelsea joined our practice in 2011 after attending PIMA Medical Institute, where she became a certified veterinary assistant.

    She currently lives in the Ames Lake area with her black lab, Scout and cat Rebel.

    In her free time, she loves being outdoors hiking, dirt bike riding, and hanging out with her dog. She is also an avid Seahawks fan!

  • Lisa Clarke

    Lisa has loved animals, especially dogs and cats, since childhood. Growing up in the suburbs of Southern California, Lisa was never without a four-legged companion. Lisa lives in Kirkland with her two roommates, but does not have a pet at this time. She looks forward to getting a dog when life permits.

    Lisa has worked with animals on a professional and volunteer basis for nearly two decades, and had been with Sammamish Highlands Veterinary Clinic since 2013.

    When Lisa isn't taking care of animals, she enjoys a wide variety of activites; acting, painting and drawing, music, movies, strong coffee and spending quality time with family and friends.

    Veterinary Assistant
    Zoe joined the practice in January of 2016. She is currently enrolled at Bellevue College where she is pursuing a degree in Pharmacology.

    She lives in Issaquah with her pug, Lucy, and two cats.

    In her free time, she enjoys snowboarding and surfing.
